摘要
目的观察研究尼妥珠单抗联合三维适形放射治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临·床疗效。方法选取70例晚期非小细胞肺癌的患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各35例,对照组给予三维适形放射治疗,观察组在予三维适形放射治疗基础上给予尼妥珠单抗治疗,随访并记录2组患者相关指标变化情况。结果观察组患者治疗后血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)以及基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)值分别为(274.96±37.69 ng/L、994.80±89.38 ng/m L),均优于对照组(485.49±47.19 ng/L、1474.24±124.05 ng/m L)(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后肿瘤标志物癌胚抗原(CEA)、细胞角蛋白19片段(CYFRA21-1)值分别为(9.35±1.07、4.41±0.52)ng/m L,均优于对照组(15.03±2.13、5.77±0.71)ng/m L(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后总有效率为91.43%,高于对照组65.71%(P<0.05)。结论尼妥珠单抗联合三维适形放射治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床治疗效果确切,值得临床进一步研究和应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of nimotuzumab combine with three dimensional conformal radiotherapy in treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods 70 patients diagnosed with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 35 cases in the control group was given a three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy, observation group to the three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy on the basis of give nimotuzumab treatment, patients were followed up and record changes related indicators. Results Vascular endotheliM growth factor （VEGF） and matrix metaUoproteinase-9 （MMP-9）value in the observation group after treatment respectively （274. 96 ±37.69 ng/L, 994. 80 ± 89. 38 ng/mL）, were better than the control group（485.49± 47. 19 ng/L, 1474.24 ± 124.05 ng/mL）, and the difference was statistically significant （p 〈 0. 05 ）. After the observation group patients tumor markers carcinoembryonic antigen （ CEA）, cytokeratin 19 fragment （ CYFRA21-1 ） values were （9.35 ±1.07,4. 41 ± 0. 52 ）ng/mL, were better than the control group （ 15.03 ± 2. 13, 5.77± 0.71 ）ng/mL, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Patients after the observation group total effective rate was 91.43% , higher than 65.71% , and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Nimotuzumab plus three dimensional conformal radiotherapy in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer treatment, worthy of further research and application.
