采用新型错层交叉布置伸臂的高层建筑抗震性能 被引量:1

摘要 伸臂桁架作为核心筒和外框架之间有效的刚性连接,可有效降低核心筒倾覆力矩,显著提高结构的整体抗侧刚度,在超高层建筑中得到了广泛的应用。以某超高层建筑为例,研究了新型错层交叉布置伸臂形式在多遇地震和罕遇地震下对结构整体抗震性能的影响,并考虑其与屈曲约束支撑相结合的优化设计。分析结果表明:在实际工程中,该伸臂形式各项性能表现优越,在保证结构安全的前提下,可有效降低结构造价。 Outrigger system is an effective rigid connection between the eorewall and the exterior frame to reduce the overturning moment of the eorewall effectively and increase the structural overall lateral stiffness significantly, so it is widely used in the super high-rise buildings. Taking a super high-rise building as an example, the effect of a new type outrigger system cross-arranged in staggered floors on structural overall seismic performance was studied under the frequent earthquake and rare earthquake respectively, and the optimal design of the system combined with the buckling restrained braces was carried out. Analysis results show that the outrigger system has excellent seismic performance in practical engineering, and it can effectively reduce the cost on the premise that the safety of the building is ensured.
