血清Chemerin水平与肺癌临床病理特征及其预后的关系 被引量:9

摘要 目的:观察肺癌患者血清Chemerin的水平变化,并探讨Chemerin对肺癌临床诊断及预后判断的价值。方法:应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定42例肺癌患者,20例正常对照者的血清Chemerin水平。结果:肺癌组血清Chemerin水平[(2 017.24±213.37)ng/L]明显高于正常对照组[(1 068.26±124.63)ng/L](P<0.01)。血清Chemerin在肺癌中的表达与TNM分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.01);血清Chemerin水平与TNM分期、淋巴结转移呈正相关(r=0.348,P=0.016;r=0.434,P=0.003);TNM分期、淋巴结转移、Chemerin水平与生存率之间呈负相关(P<0.05或P<0.01);Chemerin水平和TNM分期是影响肺癌患者生存率的独立危险因素。结论:Chemerin是肺癌患者预后的独立危险因素,可作为判断肺癌转移和预后的一个参考指标。
