摘要
在制备空气电极时,用石墨部分替代活性炭,并添加总质量20%的氧化银(Ag_2O)作为活性物质。通过XRD分析银在空气电极各个状态下的相组成,发现起到电催化剂作用的是Ag单质。随着石墨添加量的增加,空气电极的放电电压提高、循环寿命延长,原因是空气电极中添加石墨后,内阻降低。当石墨添加量为40%时,空气电极的放电电位为1.26 V(vs.Zn),循环55次后的放电电位(vs.Zn)保持在1.2 V以上。
Active carbon was partly substituted by graphite during the air electrode preparation process. The silver oxide( Ag2O)was induced as an active material with a 20 wt. % of the air electrode. According to the XRD results of air electrode with different state,Ag was considered as the catalyst for the electrode reaction. With the increasing of graphite content,the discharge voltage was enhanced and the cycle life prolonged. The improvements were ascribed to the decreased inner resistance by addition of graphite.When the graphite content was 40%,the discharge potential of air electrode was 1. 26 V( vs. Zn). After 55 times charge / discharge cycles,the discharge potential was kept over 1. 2 V( vs. Zn).
