摘要
北京市工业布局的问题是城区过于密集,远郊区很疏。解决的办法是在远郊区建设工业卫星城镇。选址的原则是:原有城镇基础较好,交通方便,水资源较丰富,工程地质条件较好,并应注意环境保护。经过我们实际考察,建议顺义、牛栏山、沙河、良乡可以作为第二批工业卫星城镇。
The problem of industrial alloration in Beijing is the over crowding of downtown and the undue sparsity of outer-suburb. The solution of this problem is to establish industrial satellite towns in the outer-suburb. The criteria of choosing the site of satellite towns:sufficient existing fundation convinient communication, substantial water resources and good engineesing geological conditions. Environmental preservation must be emphasized and the appropriate distance apart from the city. Through a comprehensive analysis of the suburb, it is suggested those such as Shunyi, Niulanshan, Shahe and Liangxiang be the next satellite towns.
