摘要
通过不同PH值的磷酸溶液在不同温度下对气雾化铁粉进行了钝化,对所得的钝化粉末压制和热处理,得到了磁粉芯。对其进行电磁学性质测试、SEM观察和盐雾实验。结果表明,反应过程中,金属粉末表面会形成钝化层从而达到钝化效果,而且反应溶液的PH值与反应温度对钝化效果都有重要的影响,反应温度升高、反应溶液p H值降低都有利于增强钝化效果。特别是反应溶液PH为2,反应温度为50℃时,所得到的磁芯电学性能最好,测试得到了最高的电阻49 MΩ,同时盐雾实验结果表现优秀。
Gas atomized ferrous powder was passivated by phosphoric acid solution with different PH value at various temperature. The magnetic particle core was made by pressing and heat-treating the passivated ferrous powder. The microstructure of the powder was analyzed by scanning electron microscope( SEM),the corrosion resistance of the powder was estimated by salt spray test and the eletromagnetic properties were tested. The results show that the surface of the powder is passivated by forming a phosphating layer. The p H value and the reaction temperature of the solution have a significant influence on the passivation effect. The increase of temperature and the decrease of the PH value of the solution are beneficial to improvement of the passivation effect. In particular,the electrical properties of the magnetic core are the best when the reaction temperature is 50,and p H is 2,and the maximum impedance obtained is 49 MΩ.
