摘要
叶轮类零件复杂流道电火花加工中普遍存在整体效率较低、加工状态不稳定的情况。提出了电极摆动进给策略,通过调整电极进给各阶段位姿,改善了加工区域前端工作液流场,扩大了加工过程中的蚀除产物排出空间。流道加工试验证明了摆动进给可有效改善加工稳定性,提高整体加工效率。
There are low efficiency and instability in the complex channel electro-discharge machining (EDM) such as shrouded blisk. Swing feeding of electrode was proposed,and the electrode posture was adjusted to improve the flow field of the machining area and the gap for chip removing was expanded. The experimental results showed that the electrode swing feeding,not only increased the machining efficiency, but also improved the machining stability.
