摘要
根据《中压配电网可靠性评估导则》,对厦门市中心局部区域配电网进行可靠性分析,借助软件的可靠性薄弱环节识别功能,找出该地区电网的供电可靠性薄弱环节。针对薄弱环节提出3类改善措施,分析和对比的结果表明,实施综合改善措施的效果最好,可使区域内用户供电可用率达到99.999%。
Based on Reliability Evaluation Guideline for Medium Voltage Distribution System,this article introduces the reliability analysis of the distribution system in the downtown area of Xiamen. By means of the software which can recognize the weak links in the power supply reliability,the weak links were discovered and three types of measures of improvement were presented. Through relevant analyses and comparisons,comprehensive measures have proved the most effective,which can increase the power supply reliability up to 99. 999%.
