摘要
目的探讨工作质量与护理风险量化绩效考核方案在护理管理中的应用效果。方法2014年对内分泌科病房所有护理人员实行工作质量与护理风险量化绩效考核,并与2013年实行传统量化绩效考核方案的各项数据进行对照,比较工作质量与护理风险量化绩效考核方案实施前后护理质量和不同人群对护理工作的满意度。结果 2014年整体护理、基础护理、健康教育、病房管理、技术操作、护理文书评分均高于2013年,患者、医生及护理人员自身对护理工作满意度也高于2013年(χ~2=11.971,P=0.001;χ~2=4.902,P=0.027;χ~2=4.923,P=0.027)。结论工作质量与护理风险量化绩效考核方案可提高护理人员工作积极性,从而提高护理质量。
Objective To investigate the effects of quantitative performance appraisal program based on quality of work and nursing risks on nursing management.Methods Quantitative performance appraisal program based on quality of work and nursing risks was carried out in all nurses in the department of endocrinology during 2014.The traditional quantitative performance evaluation was used in 2013.The quality of care and the satisfaction of different groups of people to nursing work before and after the implementation quantitative performance appraisal program based on quality of work and nursing risks were compared.Results The scores of holistic nursing,basic nursing,health education,ward management,technical operation,nursing document were higher than those in 2013,and the satisfaction to nursing of patients,doctors and nurse themselves were also better than those in 2013(χ2=11.971,P=0.001,χ~2=4.902,P=0.027,χ~2=4.923,P=0.0275).Conclusion The quantitative performance appraisal program based on quality of work and nursing risks can significantly improve the nurses' working enthusiasm,so as to improve the quality of nursing.
