非瓣膜性心房颤动伴急性脑梗死患者血浆脑利钠肽水平与CHADS2评分的关系 被引量:6

Relationship between plasma brain natriuretic peptide level and CHADS2 score in patients of non-valvular atrial fibrillation with acute cerebral infarction

摘要 目的了解非瓣膜性心房颤动伴急性脑梗死患者血浆脑利钠肽(BNP)水平与CHADS2评分的关系。方法对2013年10月至2014年10月入住我院的208例非瓣膜性心房颤动患者按是否合并急性脑梗死分为急性脑梗死及非急性脑梗死组,测定BNP水平并进行CHADS2评分调查,分析两组BNP水平差异及BNP与CHADS2的关系。结果 (1)非瓣膜性心房颤动合并急性脑梗死组BNP水平[(2 866.9±4 130.3)ng/L]较非急性脑梗死组[(1 494.8±2 801.8)ng/L]明显增高,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(2)随着CHADS2评分的增高,BNP逐渐升高,行相关分析,并在校正年龄后,BNP水平与CHADS2仍呈正相关(r=0.212,P<0.01)。结论 BNP水平与CHADS2评分具有相关性,与非瓣膜性心房颤动患者发生脑栓塞的因果关系有待进一步研究。 Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma brain natriuretic peptide( BNP) level and CHADS2 score in patients of non-valvular atrial fibrillation with acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 208 patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation were divided into with acute cerebral infarction or without acute cerebral infarction group. Plasma BNP levels and CHADS2 scores were determined and their relationship was studied. Results( 1) The BNP values of patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation complicated with acute cerebral infarction were significantly higher than those without acute cerebral infarction [( 2 866. 9 ± 4 130. 3) ng / L vs.( 1 494. 8 ± 2 801. 8) ng / L,P〈 0. 01].( 2) With the increase of CHADS2 score,BNP gradually increased. After corrected by age,plasma BNP level was positively correlated with CHADS2 score( r = 0. 212,P〈 0. 01). Conclusions There is a positive correlation between plasma BNP level and CHADS2 score,and the predictive value of BNP is worth further studying.
