摘要
随着现代化信息和医疗形势的发展,电子病历系统的应用是医疗信息化建设的重要举措。电子病历系统改变了病案的签收、借阅、定位、复印、在线编码及统计工作,加强了病案统计管理工作,改变了病案统计管理的模式和流程,提高了病案统计管理效率,但目前电子病历系统并不够完善,存在数据衔接和病案管理人员业务素质差等问题,医院相关部门针对问题提出相应改进措施,从而完善电子病历系统功能,提高病案管理工作质量。
With the development of modern information and medical situation,application of electronic medical record （EMR） system is an important measure in medical information eonstruction.EMR changes the receipt,lending,positioning,copying,online coding and statistical work of medical record,and strengthens the statistical management work of medical record,changes the pattern and process of statistical management of medical record,improve the efficiency of statistical managemeut of medical record.However, EMR system was not perfect,and there were problems of data connection and poor professional quality of medical record management personnel.Targeted on these problems,hospital related department puts forward to some：improved the corresponding measures to better EMR system function,and enhance medical record management work quality.
