摘要
以某湖羊场发生的乳房炎病例为对象,通过细菌分离鉴定及生化试验,并对所分离的菌株进行药物敏感试验,确定主要致病菌及其耐药特性,为该场湖羊乳房炎的预防和治疗提供理论依据和科学指导。试验共分离得到30株细菌,其中葡萄球菌8株,占26.7%;大肠埃希菌22株,占73.3%。检测结果显示,葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌是导致该场湖羊乳房炎的主要病原菌。药敏试验结果显示,这两种病菌对氟苯尼考、头孢噻呋钠和多西环素高度敏感,而对阿莫西林、大观霉素和培氟沙星等有耐药性。在此基础上,制定出针对该羊场湖羊乳房炎的相应治疗及预防措施。
This paper aimed to understand the mastitis incidence in a Hu sheep farm,identify the main path- ogenic bacteria and determine drug resistance, finally provide theoretical basis and scientific guidance for the prevention and treatment of Hu sheep mastitis. The bacteria were isolated from milk samples and iden- tified and the drug sensitivity test was conducted. The result showed that Staphylococcus aureus and Esch- erichia coli in 30 strains of isolated bacteria were the main pathogens in Hu sheep mastitis, including 8 strains of Staphylococcus for 26. 7% and 22 strains of Escherichia coli for 73. 3%. Drug sensitivity test showed that two kinds of pathogens were highly sensitive to florfenicol and doxycycline, but resistant to amoxicillin,spectinomycin and pe{loxacin. According to the results, the measures were made for treatment and prevention of mastitis in this Hu sheep farm.
