摘要
产教深度融合培养人才是高职服务区域经济的必然选择。高职院校在产教融合培养商贸类人才中存在机制体制不完善、宏观设计不完整、操作困难等诸多问题。对此,要采取转变思路,开放办学、精准定位,打造特色专业、加强内涵建设,培养高质量人才等策略,创新模式,实现产教"五个对接",培养高素质商贸人才。
The Integration of production and education is the inevitable choice for higher vocational colleges in talent training. There exist many problems in business personnel training in higher vocational college through the integration of production and education, such as the imperfect mechanism system, the incomplete macro design, operational difficulties and so on. In this regard, we should change the way of thinking, open schools, accurate positioning, establish special majors, strengthen connotation construction and train high quality talents, to achieve ＂five docking＂ of production and education, and cultivate high-quality business talents.
