摘要
目的观察研究甲强龙联合沙丁胺醇对哮喘患儿IL-1、IL-6免疫指标的影响分析。方法选取80例哮喘患儿,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组给予沙丁胺醇治疗,观察组给予甲强龙联合沙丁胺醇治疗,比较2组患儿IL-6、IL-1免疫指标的变化等情况。结果观察组患儿治疗后IL-6、IL-1分别为(4.75±1.01 ng/L、7.24±1.01 pg/m L),均优于对照组(6.94±1.21 ng/L、10.21±1.03 pg/m L)(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后有效率为87.5%,高于对照组70.0%(P<0.05)。结论甲强龙联合沙丁胺醇治疗患儿哮喘的临床治疗效果确切。
Objective To observe the effect methylprednisolone combined with salbutamol on IL-1,IL-6 in children with asthma. Methods 80 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,observation group was given methylprednisolone combined with salbutamol,The changes of IL-6 and IL-1 immune indexes were compared between the 2 groups. Results IL-6,IL-1 were respectively（ 4. 75 ± 1. 01 ng / L,7. 24 ± 1. 01 pg / m L） after treatment in children in the observation group,better than the control group（ 6. 94 ± 1. 21 ng / L,10. 21 ± 1. 03 pg / m L）（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,a therapeutically effective in observation group was 87. 5%, higher than that of control group 70. 0%（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion Methylprednisolone combined with salbutamol in treatment of children with asthma has good clinical therapeutic effect.
