摘要
采用维氏硬度试验机、拉伸试验机、光学显微镜手段,研究了固溶时效对7055铝合金组织和力学性能的影响,确定出最佳固溶时效工艺.研究结果表明:固溶处理470℃/60 min+495℃/20 min为较好的固溶制度,其组织中大量第二相溶入铝基体中,其抗拉强度为472.8 MPa,延伸率为13%;随后对其进行时效处理得出130℃/24 h达到峰时效态晶粒组织细化,其抗拉强度为515.9 MPa,延伸率为12%.通过上述研究,可知7055铝合金最佳热处理工艺制度为470℃/60 min+495℃/20 min,130℃/24 h.
In the paper, the effect of solution-aging on microstructure and mechanical properties of 7055 aluminum alloy are studied by means of hardness tester, tensile testing machine and optical microscope. The results show that the better solution treatment process of the alloy is 470℃/60min+495℃/20min. A large number of second phase dissolve into the aluminum matrix. Its tensile strength and elongation is respectively 472.SMPa and 13%. Then it is concluded that the aging process of the130℃/24h can achieve the refinement of the grain structure of the peak aged state, the tensile strength is 515.9MPa and elongation rate is 12%. Through the above research, the optimum heat treatment process for 7055 aluminum alloy is 470℃/60min+495℃/20rain, 130℃/24h.
