摘要 介绍了低噪声齿轮的设计方法和准则。在分析齿轮修形原理、基本参数的确定及修形方案设计的基础上,以SS8-Ⅱ型准高速客运电力机车齿轮传动为研究实例,对其进行了齿廓修形和齿向修形设计;并通过噪声检测,发现在同样条件下,修形后的驱动装置噪声的A声级可降低6~10 dB,实现较好的降噪效果。研究将对建立修形要素与振动噪声之间的直接映射关联,探寻齿轮振动噪声的最优控制策略具有重要意义。 The design method and criteria for low noise gear were introduced. On the basis of the analysis on gear modification principle,basic parameters determination and modification scheme design,taking the gear transmission of SS8-Ⅱ type quasi-high speed passenger electric locomotive as a studying example,the tooth profile modification and axial modification were designed. By using noise detection,it was found that the driving device noise sound level A can reduce the 6 ~ 10 dB after modifying under the same condition,and the good noise reduction effect was achieved. The research will be of great significance to establish a direct mapping between the modification factor and the vibration and noise,as well as to find the optimal control strategy of gear vibration noise,which could provide reference for the design of low noise gear.
