摘要
以某大型筒节锻件为例,对冶炼、铸锭工艺、锻造工艺以及热处理工艺进行了分析研究,提出了各工艺环节的质量控制措施。利用该工艺措施成功制造了具备良好的强度、冲击性能和低温韧性的大型筒节锻件。
The paper takes a large shell course forging for example to study the steel-making, ingot-casting, forging and heat treating techniques and brings forward quality control procedures at every process points. With this quality control procedure,large shell course forgings with high strength, impact resistance and low temperature toughness have been made successfully.
