摘要
目的:观察复方丹参滴丸、芪苈强心胶囊应用于冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)不同中医证型的临床疗效。方法:选取2013年1月—2014年5月本院收治的冠心病患者276例,随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组138例。对照组给予复方丹参滴丸口服治疗,治疗组给予芪苈强心胶囊口服治疗。结果:对照组中瘀血阻滞证有效率54.35%,气虚血瘀证有效率44.00%,气滞血瘀证有效率40.47%,瘀血阻滞证临床疗效优于气虚血瘀证、气滞血瘀证(P<0.05);治疗组中气虚血瘀证有效率62.50%,气滞血瘀证有效率44.19%,瘀血阻滞证有效率40.43%,气虚血瘀证临床疗效优于气滞血瘀证、瘀血阻滞证(P<0.05);对照组瘀血阻滞证不良反应发生率优于气虚血瘀证、气滞血瘀证(P<0.05);治疗组气虚血瘀证不良反应发生率优于气滞血瘀证、瘀血阻滞证(P<0.05)。结论:复方丹参滴丸治疗瘀血阻滞证冠心病疗效显著,芪苈强心胶囊治疗气虚血瘀证冠心病疗效显著。
Objective： To observe the clinical curative effects of Compound Danshen Drip Pills and Qili Qiangxin Capsules（ QLQXC） on coronary artery disease of different TCM syndromes. Methods： Two hundred and seventy-six patients with coronary artery disease who were treated in our hospital between Jan. of 2013 and May of 2014 were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 138 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given Compound Danshen Drip Pills for oral administration,while the ones in the treatment group were given QLQXC. Results： In the control group,the effective rate of blood stasis and stagnation was 54. 35%; the effective rate of blood stasis of qi deficiency was 44. 00%; the effective rate of blood stasis of qi stagnation was 40. 47%; the clinical curative effect of blood stasis and stagnation was better than those of blood stasis of qi deficiency and blood stasis of qi stagnation（ P 〈 0. 05）. In the treatment group,the effective rate of blood stasis of qi deficiency was 62. 50%; the effective rate of blood stasis of qi stagnation was 44. 19%; the effective rate of blood stasis and stagnation was 40. 43%; the clinical curative effect of blood stasis of qi deficiency was better than those of blood stasis of qi stagnation,and blood stasis and stagnation（ P 〈 0. 05）. In the control group,the occurrence rate of the adverse reactions of blood stasis and stagnation was better than those of blood stasis of qi deficiency and blood stasis of qi stagnation（ P 〈 0. 05）. In the treatment group,the occurrence rate of the adverse reactions of blood stasis of qi deficiency was better than those of blood stasis of qi stagnation,and blood stasis and stagnation（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Compound Danshen Drip Pills has remarkable clinical curative effect on coronary artery disease of blood stasis and stagnation,while QLQXC has remarkable clinical curative effect on coronary artery disease of blood stasis of qi deficiency.
