摘要
以就业为导向、以能力为本位的人才培养模式,是高等职业教育改革和发展的主要任务之一。本文通过调查研究,分析东莞职业技术学院商务英语专业人才培养存在的问题,结合用人单位对该职院商务英语专业人才能力的要求,以就业为导向,为构建适应区域经济(东莞)社会发展的高职商务英语专业人才培养方案提供依据。
The competency-based and employment-oriented training mode is one of the tasks in vocational colleges for the innovation of higher vocational education. The paper takes Dongguan Polytechnic as a case to investigate the status of the cultivation of the professional personnel majoring in Business English and analyze the problems in the cultivation, tending to provide evidence for the personnel fostering in vocational colleges and for the regional economic progress.
