摘要
目的:探讨替硝唑口腔贴片治疗牙周炎的临床效果。方法:选取鄂州市妇幼保健院2013年4月—2014年4月收治的牙周炎患者120例,按随机数字表法分为2组各60例,对照组患者给予替硝唑口服片治疗,观察组患者给予替硝唑口腔贴片治疗,治疗5周后,对2组患者的疗效进行比较,并统计不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患者的总有效率为95.00%,对照组总有效率为78.33%,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者的龈下菌斑群总数(1.32±0.45)cfu/ml,沟龈出血指数(1.42±0.36)个/mm,菌斑指数(2.62±0.21)个/mm,牙龈松动及牙周袋探诊深度(1.41±0.16)mm,优于对照组的(6.32±0.89)cfu/ml,(1.18±0.21)、(3.23±0.43)个/mm,(1.82±0.31)mm,2组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率为3.33%,低于对照组的13.33%,2组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:替硝唑口腔贴片治疗牙周炎的临床效果显著,且不良反应少,值得临床推广。
OBJECTIVE： To probe into the clinical efficacy of Tinidazole buccal tablets in treatment of periodontitis.METHODS： 120 cases with periodontitis admitted into Ezhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from Apr.2013 to Apr.2014 were selected to be divided into two groups via the random number table,with 60 cases in each.The control group were treated with Tinidazole tablets,while the observation group received Tinidazole oral sticking tablets.After treatment of 5 weeks,the clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two group of patients.RESULTS： The effective rate of observation group was 95.00%,and of control group was 78.33%,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.The total number of dental plaque,sulcus bleeding index, plaque index, loose gum and probing depth of periodontal pocket in observation group were respectively（ 1.32 ± 0.45） cfu / ml,（ 1.42 ± 0.36） per / mm,（ 2.62 ± 0.21） per / mm and（ 1.41 ± 0.16） mm,which were significantly higher than that of control group（6.32 ± 0.89） cfu / ml,（ 1.18 ± 0.21） per / mm,（ 3.23 ±0.43） per / mm and（ 1.82 ± 0.31） mm; the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group were 3.33%,in control group were 13.33%,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0.05）.CONCLUSIONS： The clinical efficacy of Tinidazole buccal tablets in treatment of periodontitis is effective,with few adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical application.
