摘要
对重型卡车液力变矩器+机械式自动变速器(简称TC+AMT)系统的起步过程进行了深入的研究。针对TC+AMT系统的两种起步方式,分别提出了计算起步滑磨功的方法。利用该方法在某重型卡车上进行了应用,计算了两种起步方式的滑磨功,并且分析了影响TC+AMT系统滑磨功的影响因素,提出了降低滑磨功的方法。
The starting process of the heavy truck with hydraulic torque converter and automatic mechanical transmission(TC+AMT) system is studied. Two methods to calculate the starting sliding work are proposed for different starting method. The application of this method on a heavy duty truck is carried out, the sliding work of the two starting modes is calculated, the influencing factors of the TC+AMT system are analyzed, a method for reducing the work of sliding is presented.
