摘要
从动力机组隔振器的类型及参数特性入手,归纳总结了动力机组常用的4类橡胶隔振器的结构及其刚度特性,以动力机组最具代表性的两度耦合隔振系统为研究对象,对比分析了不同刚度特性隔振器对特定隔振系统隔振特性(固有特性和响应特性)的影响。结合隔振器负载能力、隔振效能与稳定性、适用条件及性价比等因素,提出了隔振器选型的一般性原则和要求;结合动力机组激振力特性、机车运行特点、隔振器安装环境等因素,提出了动力机组隔振器选型的特殊性原则和要求。
Starting from the type and parameter characteristics of the vibration isolator of the power package, structures and parameter characteristics of 4 kinds of common rubber vibration isolators were summarized. Taking the most representative two-axis coupling vibration isolation system of the power package as the research object, the influence of different parameters on the dynamic characteristics (inherent characteristics and response characteristics) of a specific vibration isolation system was compared and analyzed. The general principles and requirements for the type selection of isolator were presented, which is based on the characteristics of load capacity, efficiency and stability, applicable conditions and cost performance of the isolator. Combined with the characteristics of vibration force, locomotive running characteristics and installation environment of the set, the special principles and requirements of the type selection of vibration isolator for the power package have been proposed.
