摘要
贲门失弛缓症(achalasia,AC)是一种原发性食管动力障碍性疾病,病因迄今尚不明确,主要是缓解症状方面的治疗。治疗方法主要分为药物治疗、内镜治疗、手术治疗,选择一种疗效好而持久的治疗方法,需要根据具体情况而定。本文就AC治疗的最新进展做一综述。
Achalasia is a primary esophageal motility disorder. The exact pathogenesis of the disease remains unclear.Treatments are mainly to relieve symptoms,which include pharmacological therapy,endoscopic therapy and surgical therapy. It should be according to the situations to choose an effective and prolonged treatment. This paper reviewed the progress of treatment for achalasia.
