摘要
目的探讨中药芦荟大黄素的细胞保护作用。方法通过建立PC12细胞缺氧缺血模型,对芦荟大黄素的保护作用进行研究。结果芦荟大黄素200μg·m L^(-1)及50μg·m L^(-1)浓度组的细胞重排率显著低于各模型组,芦荟大黄素组(浓度为200μg·m L^(-1)、50μg·m L^(-1)及10μg·m L^(-1))胞内钙离子浓度显著低于各模型组。结论芦荟大黄素对缺氧缺血造成的PC12细胞具有保护作用。
Objective To explore the cell-protective function of traditional Chinese herb Aloe-emodine(AE). Methods We tried to identify the protective function of AE on the damage model of neuron mimic PC12 cell line. Results In AE group(200 μg·m L^(-1), 50 μg·m L^(-1)), the cytoskeleton rearrangement rates were much lower than the model group, with statistical significance. In AE group(all the concentration levels), the intracellular Ca2+levels were much lower than the model group, with statistical significance. Conclusions AE has the protective function on ischemia and hypoxia damage of neuron mimic PC12 cell line.
