摘要
采用聚苯胺将银离子在涤纶织物上还原,形成表面催化层,并对织物化学镀银。探讨了聚苯胺聚合条件对其还原性能的影响,确定了活化条件,优化了涤纶织物的化学镀银工艺。制备的银/聚苯胺腺纶复合材料电磁屏蔽效能为60-90dB,得到的镀银层均匀致密,方阻为400mΩ/□。
Silver ion is reduced by polymerized polyaniline on PET fabric to form a catalytic layer and then the electroless silver plating is carried out. The effects of polymerization conditions on reducing capabili- ty of polyaniline are discussed. The optimal conditions of activating and etectroless plating are deter- mined. The results show that the silver layer is uniformly and compactly plated with surface resistance of 400mΩ/□. The shielding effectiveness of silver-plated PET fabric is around 60-90 dB.
