摘要
目的探究个性化心理护理干预对神经外科重症患者负面情感的影响。方法本研究选取2012年5月至2014年5月于我院神经外科重症监护室进行治疗的患者66例,随机将其分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者行常规护理,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用个性化心理护理干预。结果两组治疗后与治疗前比较,SAS评分、SDS评分均降低,观察组下降较对照组明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)生活质量测定量表评分观察组较对照组明显增加,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个性化心理护理对神经外科重症患者负面情感具有缓解作用,有利于患者疾病的恢复,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To explore the impact of personalized psychological nursing intervention in patients with neurosurgery severe negative emotion. Methods In this study, 66 cases of patients treated in our hospital from May 2012 to May 2014 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The patients in control group were treated with routine nursing, and the patients in observation group were treated with personalized psychological nursing intervention. Results After treatment, the SAS score and SDS scores of the two groups was both on the decline. The scores of the observation group decreased more rapidly than those of the control group while the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The QOL score of the observation group was significantly higher than the other while the difference was statistically significant as well （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Personalized psychological nursing in patients with neurosurgical intensive ease the effects of negative emotions, and is beneficial to the recovery of patients with disease. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
