摘要
对液体火箭中的漩涡和塌陷进行了研究。基于流体力学分析了漩涡和塌陷产生的机理,结合流体性质和边界条件等分析了相关影响因素,给出了漩涡和塌陷抑制措施,一是改变排液口轮廓、尺寸、结构形式、布置方式、来流条件、方向等边界条件,另一是增加消涡栅、防旋锥、十字隔板、出口挡板等防旋防塌装置。
The vortex and collapse phenomena in liquid rocket were studied in this paper.The mechanisms of vortex and collapse were analyzed based on hydrodynamics.The relative factors were discussed integrated with liquid property and boundary condition.The measures to suppress the vortex and collapse were put forward which one was to change boundary condition of shape,size,structure,layout of outlet,flow condition and direction,and the other was to add anti-vortex and anti-collapse device which were grid,cone,cross clapboard and baffle at outlet.
