摘要
以湖南恩瑞物流配送中心为例,介绍了该物流区的规划理念与结构形式,从铁路仓储货运区、交易市场区、总部商务区等方面,对其功能构成与布局方式进行了研究探讨,为今后城市物流区的规划设计提供了参考。
Taking the Hunan Enrui logistics distribution center as an example,this paper introduced the planning concept and structure types of the logistics zone,from the railway freight warehousing area,trading market area,headquarters business district and other aspects,researched and discussed its distribution structure and layout way,provided reference for future planning and design of urban logistics park.
