摘要
针对石墨尾矿中存在低品位含钒云母的现象,通过浮选预富集含钒云母,以达到获得具有利用价值的钒矿和实现石墨尾矿综合利用的目的。结果表明:石墨尾矿经石墨反浮后,在pH=2.5、水玻璃∶可溶淀粉=2∶1的复配抑制剂用量100g/t、捕收剂十二胺用量100g/t的粗选条件下经一粗一精一扫的工艺流程,得到云母含量达到75%以上、回收率达到68.05%的含钒云母精矿,其中V2O5品位为0.80%、回收率为74.18%,达到了钒矿的入选品位。
For the purposes of obtaining useful vanadium and comprehensive utilization of graphite tailings,the pre-concentration of vanadium-bearing mica from was achieved by flotation.The results showed that under the rough separation of pH=2.5,100g/t compound inhibitor(sodium silicate∶soluble starch=2∶1)and 100g/t dodecylamine after graphite flotation,the grade of the final vanadium-bearing mica concentration was more than 75% and the recovery was 68.05% with the flow sheet which was once rough separation,once sort separation and once cleaning separation.Also,the grade of V2O5 in the concentration was 0.80% and the recovery was 74.18%,which reached the mill feed grade of vanadium ore.
