摘要
目的:构建医院用药信息综合评价管理体系,促进合理用药指标达标。方法:在医院药品信息管理系统中,设置药品使用属性分类,包括抗菌药物、专科治疗用药及基础用药、辅助用药;根据基线调查结果,设定6项合理用药指标,量化分配到各专科;定期生成用药信息报表,对指标不达标科室的用药问题进行综合干预。结果:2011-2014年,医院药占比、抗菌药占比、辅助用药金额比率各项指标呈现整体下降趋势,抗菌药物合理使用指标逐步达标。结论:用药信息评价的综合管理体系有助于合理用药整体达标,减少药品滥用,促进临床药学学科的发展。
Objective： To establish a comprehensive evaluation and management system with respect to nosocomial drug information, so as to improve the rational drug use. Methods： The usage group of drugs in hospital information system was classified, including antibiotics, therapeutic and fundamental drug, and adjuvant drug. 6 rational drug use indicators for all clinical departments were set up according to baseline survey. Report forms were generated at regular intevals, and comprehensive interventions were carried out at the departments with low standard. Results： From 2011 to 2014, indicators of drug income ratio, antibiotics consumption sum ratio and adjuvant drugs consumption sum ratio tended to a descending trend overall, and indicators of the antibiotic rational use reached the standard gradatim. Conclusion： The integrated management system based on medication information evaluation was helpful for the improvement of rational drug use, so as to promote sustainable development of clinical pharmacy.
