杂质对DNTF炸药热安定性的影响研究 被引量:8

摘要 通过真空安定性试验和烤燃试验分别研究了纯度98.6%、纯度99.5%DNTF的热安定性。结果表明:纯度98.6%、纯度99.5%DNTF均满足真空安定性试验对放气量的要求,纯度98.6%DNTF比纯度99.5%DNTF的自发火温度提高了7℃,说明少量杂质的存在对DNTF的热安定性有一定的好处。 Through the vacuum stability test and cook-off test, the thermal stability of DNTF with the purity of 98.6% and 99.5% were studied respectively. The results showed that the purity of 98.6% and purity of 99.5% DNTF all meet the requirements of the vacuum stability test for the gassing, the self ignition temperature of purity 98.6% DNTF has increased by 7℃ than that of the purity 99.5% DNTF, which showed that the presence of a small amount of impurities has certain advantages for thermal stability of DNTF.
