摘要
分析了钢铁厂在称重管理系统方面的需求,研究了目前管理系统的工作方式及使用状况,针对目前使用的系统功能单一、操作繁琐、信息独立、交互性差、适应性低等不足,设计一种基于信息共享的模块化称重管理系统。提出了委托称重方式,根据车辆信息自动关联并更新仓储、结算、财务等数据库系统,使得各部门紧密衔接,形成一体化管理流程,有效的利用和监控称重信息;采用基础配置和智能录入的方式,提高系统的适应性和扩充性。
Analysis of the needs of steel plant about weighing management system,study of the work style and use conditions of the current weighing system.Consider the weighing management system which be used in truck scale by the factor exist shortcomings,such as single function,operating problems,encapsulated information and poor interactive e.g.A modular weighing management system based on information sharing is developed.The entrusted weighing way which automatic link and update warehouse,clearing and finance database system is presented in this paper.
