摘要
目的:评价牙本质保护膜(hybrid coat,HC)和脱敏剂(Gluma)治疗磨牙面磨损牙本质过敏症的疗效。方法:选择2012年12月至2014年6月就诊的牙本质过敏症患者67例共128颗磨牙,随机分为劲润牙本质保护膜组(HC组,65颗)和格鲁玛脱敏组(Gluma组,63颗)进行脱敏治疗,比较治疗即刻、3个月及6个月的疗效。结果 :HC组的即刻有效率为92.30%(60/65),Gluma组为88.89%(56/63),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组3个月和6个月时的疗效均低于即刻疗效,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 :两种脱敏剂均有效,HC的即刻疗效优于Gluma脱敏剂。
Objective： To evaluate the effects of the dentin protective film and desensitizer in the treatment of dentine hypersensitivity of abrasion of occlusal surface of molars. Methods： From Dec. 2012 to June 2014, 67 patients with 128 molars were selected and randomly divided into a Jinrun dentin protective film group with 65 teeth and Gluma desensitizer one with 63 teeth for the desensitization treatment, and the effects were compared after the treatment of the immediate finishing, 3 and 6 months. Results： The immediate effect rates were 92.30% in the dentin protective film group and 88.89% in the Gluma desensitizer one and the difference between the two groups had the statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The effects were lower after the 3 and 6 months than in the immediate treatment in the both groups, but the difference had no statistical significance（P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Both desensitizers have the effect and the immediate effect of the dentin protective film is better than that of Gluma desensitizer.
