摘要
简要回顾了湖南省稻田农作制度的发展历程,提出湖南省农作制度存在冬闲田面积增加、稻田耕地质量下降、农业基础设施差和农民种粮积极性不高的问题,指出了湖南省农作制度要走高产稳产型农作制、用养结合型农作制、循环利用生态型农作制、区域特色型农作制、高效种养型农作制和现代高效型农作制的发展道路。
The paper briefly reviewed the development of paddy field farming system in Hunan province, and pointed out several problems as follows： the increase of winter fallow fields, the decline of land quality, poor basic agricultural infrastructure and low enthusiasm of farmers to plant grains. It was put forward that the farming system of Hunan province should take the development path of being the farming system with high and stable yield, combining utilization and cultivation, circular utilizing and ecological, with regional characteristics, efficient and combining planting and breeding, as well as modern and efficient.
