摘要
采用不同的激光熔敷工艺参数,在9W18Cr4V高速钢刀具表面制备了氮铝钛涂层,并对涂层的显微组织、高温硬度和耐磨损性能进行了测试与分析。结果表明,随激光功率的增大,涂层的平均晶粒尺寸先基本不变后增大、高温硬度先增大后减小、耐磨损性能先提高后下降;随激光扫描速度的增快,涂层的平均晶粒尺寸先减小后基本不变、高温硬度先增大后减小、耐磨损性能先提高后下降。激光功率优选为3k W、扫描速度优选为5mm/s。
The Ti Al N coatings were made on the surface of 9W18Cr4 V high speed steel cutting tool by laser cladding with different process parameters. And the microstructure,hardness and wear resistance at high temperature were tested and analyzed. The results show that average grain size stained the basic invariants firstly and then increased,hardness and wear resistance at high temperature increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of laser efficiency. Laser efficiency and scanning speed were optimized by 3k W and 5mm / s,respectively.
