声波测井仪外壳声传播特性研究 被引量:2

摘要 国内的声波测井仪外壳筒体多源于仿制,无法在制造前预知其性能。为了研制出隔声性能更好的筒体,对有无隔声槽的外壳筒体的声传播特性进行了研究。基于自行设计的仪器外壳筒体的结构,分别建立了有无隔声槽的声传播特性计算模型,利用有限元软件分析了雷克子波在有无隔声槽外壳筒体中的传播特性,比较了3个方向的首达波时延和声衰减量。研究结果表明,该建模计算方法可行,有隔声槽的筒体声传播特性优于无隔声槽的筒体声传播特性,并满足测井要求。该研究成果为国内声波测井仪外壳筒体的研制提供了理论依据。 Most of the shells of the sonic logging tools in domestic are the results of imitation, which are una?ble to predict the sound insulation performance before manufacturing?To develop a shell with better sound insulation performance, the sound propagation characteristics of the shell with and without acoustic insulation groove have been studied?Based on self?designed shell structure, the calculation model of sound propagation characteristic of shell has been established?The Ricker wave propagation characteristics in the shell have been analyzed by using fi?nite element analysis software?The time delay and attenuation of the first waves in three directions have been com?pared?The study results show that the established modeling method is feasible?The sound propagation characteristic of shell with acoustic insulation groove is better and could meet the logging requirements?The research could provide theoretical bases for the development of shell of domestic acoustic logging tool.
