摘要
目的分析腹部闭合性肠损伤术后腹部并发症的临床治疗方法。方法回顾性分析2014年1月-2015年12月我院收治的38例腹部闭合性肠损伤术后腹部并发症患者的临床资料,对其术后腹部并发症类型及治疗方法进行总结。结果本次研究的38例腹部闭合性肠损伤术后腹部并发症患者中,切口感染25例,腹腔脓肿8例,切口裂开2例,肠瘘3例,所占比例分别为65.79%、21.05%、5.26%、7.89%。结论切口感染、腹腔脓肿、切口裂开及肠瘘等是腹部闭合性肠损伤术后常见腹部并发症,根据患者腹部并发症类型给予针对性的处理可提高患者临床治疗效果。
Objective To analyze blunt abdominal trauma intestinal complications of abdominal surgery clinical treatment. Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data 38 cases of intestinal injury after abdominal complications in patients with blunt abdominal from January 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital, abdominal postoperative complications summarize its type and treatment. Results 38 cases of patients with blunt abdominal abdominal complications after intestinal injury in this study, 25 cases of wound infection, abdominal abscess in 8 cases, 2 cases of wound dehiscence, fistula three cases, the proportion was65.79%, 21.05%, 5.26%, 7.89%. Conclusion Wound infection, abdominal abscess, wound dehiscence and intestinal fistula intestinal injury is blunt abdominal postoperative abdominal complications, given the targeted treatment of abdominal complications according to the type of patients can improve patient clinical outcomes.
