摘要
基于ANSYS有限元方法,选用AP1000安注箱球壳截面的参数化模型,考虑载荷为内压的情况下,以服从正态分布的球壳壁厚和材料许用应力为输入变量,对其进行可靠性分析与评定。安注箱壳体强度的可靠度为100%,它是以完工的AP1000安注箱可靠性参数实测值经统计处理作为输入数据并通过有限元计算得出的结果,对安注箱的研究与工程设计具有一定参考价值。
The reliability analysis and evaluation of AP1000 accumulator tank were presented by using ANSYS finite element method with a parametric shell cross-section model and the load of internal pressure. The input variables are wall thickness and material allowable stress,the distributions of which are ideally normal. The evaluation conclusion for shell strength reliability is 100% through calculation,which is based on the measured data from as-built tank by statistical processing. So it has some reference values in the research of accumulator tank as well as engineering designing.
