芸豆苗期耐盐碱性鉴定及品种筛选研究 被引量:34

Identification and screening of different kidney bean cultivars for saline–alkaline tolerance during seedling stage

摘要 结合松嫩平原盐碱化土壤特征,采用水培法,以NaHCO_3胁迫模拟田间盐碱生境条件,获得了适宜的胁迫处理浓度。以各项指标的耐盐碱系数为耐盐碱指标,通过主成分分析、隶属函数分析和聚类分析等方法对42份芸豆品种苗期的耐盐碱性进行综合评价,结果表明:11个单项形态指标转换成为5个相互独立的综合指标;通过聚类分析将42份芸豆品种苗期的耐盐碱性划分为3类,其中‘黑芸豆’等9份芸豆品种的耐盐碱性较强,‘冀张芸1号’等28份芸豆品种的耐盐碱性中等,‘日本白’等5份芸豆品种的耐盐碱性较弱。 According to the characteristics of soda saline–alkaline soil in Songnen Plain, in this study, NaHCO3 was used to stimulate the saline–alkaline stress by hydroponics. A total of 42 kidney bean(Phaseolus vulgaris) varieties were exposed to different saline–alkaline concentrations, to obtain the optimal NaHCO3 treatment concentration. Based on all the morphological indexes and their saline–alkaline tolerance coefficient under appropriate stress condition, saline–alkaline tolerance of different kidney bean varieties at seedlings stage was comprehensively evaluated by principal component, membership function and cluster analyses. The results show that 11 single morphological indexes for kidney bean seedlings of different genotypes under saline–alkaline stress could be recombined into five separate comprehensive indexes. On the base of comparing the saline–alkaline tolerance comprehensive evaluation value(value D) of different kidney bean varieties, which was calculated from the subordinate function analysis, 42 kidney bean varieties were divided into three groups using cluster analysis, among which nine varieties such as ‘Heiyundou' have stronger saline–alkaline tolerance, 28 varieties including ‘Jizhangyun 1' show medium tolerance towards saline–alkaline stress, while five varieties are saline–alkaline sensitive, especially ‘Ribenbai'.
