摘要
采用高功率半导体激光器在5052铝合金表面熔覆Al-Si合金涂层。研究了激光熔覆工艺参数(激光的扫描速度和功率)对熔覆层质量的影响。试验结果表明,当激光束功率较高(3 000 W)、扫描速度较快(700 mm/min)时,能熔覆成较为连续的熔覆层,熔覆层与基体为冶金结合,表面硬度高于900 HV0.1。
Al-Si alloy coating was claded on 5052 aluminum alloy by a high power semiconductor laser. Effect of the laser cladding process parameter such as scanning speed and power of laserbeam on quality of the clad coating was investigated. The results indicate that the coating developed at both larger laser scanning speed of 700 mm / min and higher laser power of 3 000 W is relatively continuous and metallurgically bonded to the substrate,the surface hardness being as high as 900 HV0. 1 or more.
