摘要
目的:优选鼻敏颗粒最佳成型工艺条件。方法:采用多指标对鼻敏颗粒制粒辅料进行筛选,在确定辅料的基础上,选择浸辅比、乙醇浓度、干燥温度因素进行L9(3-4)正交试验,以成型率、溶化率、流动性、吸湿率为指标进行综合评分,再利用单因素法考察最佳干燥时间。结果:最佳成型工艺为以稠浸膏与糊精1∶1为处方,以80%的乙醇为润湿剂,干燥温度在70-80℃条件下烘干时间应控制在4h内。结论:该成型工艺稳定、可行、重复性高,可作为鼻敏颗粒的成型工艺。
Objective:To optimize the best molding technology of Binmin granules. Methods:Using Multi index to select the best excipients of Binmin granules,and on this basis ,make a orthogonal design L9 (34 )by indicators of shaping rate, dissolubility,fluidity, hygroscopicity to get the best proportion of extract and excipients, ethanol concentration, drying temperature, at last, using single factor method to get the best drying time. Results : The optimum proportion of extract and excipients was 1 : 1 ,the ethanol concentration was 80 %, the drying temperature was 70-80℃ ,the drying time was in 4h. Conclusion: The technology is stable, feasible and reproducible,can be used as formulation process of Bimin granules
