摘要
"安全科学与工程"一级学科的设立,对安全工程专业人才培养提出了更高的要求。分析了"安全科学与工程"一级学科对社会发展的作用,探讨了安全工程专业面临的新特点及新挑战,指出安全工程专业人才培养存在的问题,提出全新的人才培养模式,包括改革教学模式、改革课程内容体系、优化知识结构、教学手段等方面改革、评测教学效果、产学研基地建设和提高综合化程度。
With the establishment of ＇safety science and engineering＇ as a first level discipline, higher require- ments are asked for professional training of safety engineering. As a first level discipline, the effects of ＇ safety sci- ence and engineering＇ on the development of the society are analyzed, and the new characteristics and new chal- lenge for safety engineering are discussed. Some problems in safety engineering talents cultivation are pointed out, and a brand new personnel training mode is proposed, including reforming teaching mode, reforming curriculum content system, optimizing knowledge structure, reforming teaching means, evaluating teaching effect, construction of production - teaching - research base and increasing the degree of integration.
