摘要
中医药是中华民族在长期的社会生活与医疗实践中反复总结、不断积累而逐渐形成的具有独特理论风格与良好疗效的医学体系。中医药不仅历史悠久,而且疗效独特,在漫长的历史长河中发挥了巨大的作用,为我国人民的身体健康作出了巨大贡献。新中国成立后,经过几十年的医疗卫生体制改革,取得了不少成绩,但也存在着不少问题。特别是改革开放后以市场化、商业化导向的改革在提高效率的同时也带来了服务的公平性与社会满意度下降的问题。中医药作为医学科学中的特色资源和卫生事业的重要组成部分,在基本医疗卫生服务中起着不可替代的作用,中医药完全可以利用自身"简、便、廉、验"、"治未病"、辨证论治的诊疗模式等优势积极参与基层医改,更好的服务于广大人民群众。
Traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） with a unique theory and good efficacy is a medical system that gradually informed in the long-term social life and medical practice through continuous accumulation and repeated summarization. TCM not only has a long history,but also has a unique effect,playing a huge role in the long history and making a great contribution to the health of people. After the founding of New China,through decades of health care reform we have made a lot of achievement,but there still remain many problems. Especially after the reform and opening up,market-and-commercialization-oriented reform brings the problem of declining of satisfaction of the society while it brings the fairness of services. TCM,as a special resource of medical science and an important part of health services,is essential resource for health in basic health services. TCM can use its own advantages of features of ＂simple,convenient,inexpensive,and verification＂, ＂ diseases prevention idea＂ and diagnosis and treatment model of syndrome differentiation to participate in the grass-roots health care reform and to better serve the masses.
