代谢调节剂对三孢布拉氏霉菌发酵的影响 被引量:4

摘要 三孢布拉氏霉菌发酵生产β-胡萝卜素仍存在产物含量低、代谢调控方法单一等问题。为了进一步提高三孢布拉氏霉菌菌丝体中β-胡萝卜素的含量,通过向初始发酵培养基中添加不同的代谢调节剂,探究其对三孢布拉氏霉菌产β-胡萝卜素的影响。研究发现,发酵培养基中添加0.5%的丙酮酸钠、0.1%的Span-20、0.1%的2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚(BHT)、3%的甘油均能提高β-胡萝卜素含量,其中抗氧化剂BHT的促进作用最大,β-胡萝卜素含量达到4.25mg/g,相比空白组提高了72.1%。不同浓度的液体石蜡对β-胡萝卜素含量没有促进作用,但其促进生物量的增大,使β-胡萝卜素的产量得到提升。 Currently, problems such as low content of products, single metabolic regulation and so on exist in the fermentation production of 13-carotene by Blakeslea trispora. In order to further improve the content of Blakeslea trispora' s mycelium β-carotene, the present study added different metabolic regulators in the initial fermentation medium, exploring its impact on the β- carotene produced by Blakeslea trispora. The study found that fermentation medium added to 0.5% of pyruvic acid sodium, 0.1% of Span-20, 0.1% of butylated hydroxytoluene(BHT), 3% of glycerol can improve β- carotene content, which promote the greatest is antioxidant BHT, β- carotene content approach to 4.25rag/g, compared to the control group im- proved 72.1%. And different concentration of liquid paraffin could not increase β- carotene content, but the promotion of biomass production increases, so the production of β-carotene may be raised.
