摘要
针对矿业、化工和冶金等工业企业等特殊的工作环境,以保障员工人身安全为目的,除了将环境参数作为监测因素,也把身体姿态的实时状况选定为检测对象,采用气体浓度传感器和三轴加速度传感器,提出了一种便携式可穿戴的危险区域安全监测器的系统架构,并完成了该监测器软硬件的设计与开发,实现了对工作区域内有害气体的监测和人员跌倒的检测与报警功能。最后,通过模拟实验,验证了该监测器整体技术方案的可行性和主要功能。
In view of the special working environments for mining, chemical industry, metallurgy and other industry enterprises, in order to guarantee the personal safety of the employees, the real-time status of human body posture was selected as the detection object in addition to taking the environmental parameters as the factor of the monitoring. And adopting gas concentration sensor and tri-axis aceelerometer sensor, this paper proposed the system architecture of a portable and wearable safety monitoring equipment used in hazardous area. Then it completed the design and development of the HW&SW of the monitoring apparatus and realized the monitoring of harmful gases and falling detection of staff as well as alarming function in the working area. Finally, through simulation experiment, the feasible of the overall technical scheme and the main functions of this equipment were validated.
