摘要
基于APDL建立大体积混凝土浇筑有限元模型,分析了实际工程中的水化热问题,并用耦合的方法,对混凝土浇筑周期内的热分析结果与结构分析结果进行了计算,得到混凝土应力—应变变化规律,结果表明:在保证水化热反应满足混凝土强度要求的基础上,通过减少浇筑层数来优化模型,可以达到既节省材料又缩短工期的目的。
Concreting finite element model of mass concrete pouring based on APDL to analyze practical engineering hydration heat problems.Using coupling method to calculate the thermal analysis results of concrete pouring period coupled with structural analysis,and get the stress and strain changing law of the concrete. The results show that,under the premise that the hydration thermal reaction could satisfy the requirement of concrete strength,by reducing the number of layers to optimize the placement model that can achieve both material saving and shorten the duration of the goal.
