摘要
以"辨体-辨病-辨证"模式为指导,结合临床具体案例,探讨王琦运用血府逐瘀汤的临床经验,从体质、疾病、证候多层次综合分析,来治疗血瘀体质患者或血瘀病证的失眠、郁证、脱发、黄褐斑、足部溃裂及阳痿等疾病,探讨其对于病机的认识以及遣方用药思路。
Under the guidance of ＂Differentiation of constitution, diseases and syndrome＂, this article discusses the clinic experience of Prof. WANG Qi in using Xuefu Zhuyu Tang, taking the specific clinic cases as examples. When treating blood-stasis patients with insomnia, depression-syndrome, alopecia, chloasma, foot debacle and impotence, Prof. WANG comprehensively analyses the causes from multiple levels, including constitution, diseases and syndrome. This article aims to investigate Prof. WANG＇s understanding of the diseases and his thoughts of medication.
