摘要
目的研究侵袭性牙周炎的治疗和定期维护对慢性扁桃体炎急性发作的影响。方法整群选取该院在2013年3月—2015年3月期间收治的132例侵袭性牙周炎合并慢性扁桃体炎患者作为研究对象,按照就诊号将其随机分为两组,即定期维护组和不定期维护组,每组66例,对比分析132例侵袭性牙周炎合并慢性扁桃体炎患者在牙周病规范治疗前后的慢性扁桃体炎急性发作情况;并比较所有患者在接受牙周规范治疗结束后,定期维护组与不定期维护组对慢性扁桃体炎急性发作的影响。结果比较所有患者接受牙周常规治疗前后的慢性扁桃体炎急性发作率,治疗后(18.18%)明显低于治疗前(84.09%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);比较牙周治疗后两组患者慢性扁桃体炎急性的发作率,定期维护(12.12%)与不定期维护(16.67%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论给予侵袭性牙周炎合并慢性扁桃体炎患者规范的牙周治疗可以显著降低慢性扁桃体炎的急性发作率,且虽然定期维护对牙周治疗结束后慢性扁桃体炎的急性发作率无明显影响,但仍应当做为常规治疗手段在临床上推广应用。
Objective To discuss the effect of treatment and maintenance routine of aggressive periodontitis on chronic tonsillitis. Methods 132 cases of patients with aggressive periodontitis combined with chronic tonsillitis treated in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2015 were selected and randomly divided into maintenance routine group and maintenance aperiodically group with 66 cases in each according to the visit number, and the aute onset of chronic tonsillitis before and after the normative treatment of periodontal disease of them was compared and analyzed, the effect of the two groups on the the aute onset of chronic tonsillitis after receiving normative treatment of periodontal disease was compared. Results The aute onset rate of chronic tonsillitis in patients after treatment was obviously lower than that before treatment （18.18% vs 84.09%）, the difference was obvious with statistical significance（P〈0.05）, there was no obvious difference in the the aute on- set rate of chronic tonsillitis between maintenance routine group and maintenance aperiodically group ＂after treatment （12.12% vs 16.67%） without statistical significance（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The normative periodontal treatment of patients with aggressive periodontitis combined with chronic tonsillitis can obviously decrease the aute onset of chronic tonsillitis, although there was no obvious effect of maintenance routine on the aute onset of chronic tonsillitis after finishing the periodontal treatment, and it is still supposed to be a conventional treatment means and should be promoted and used in clinic.
