摘要
考虑矢跨比、主脊线刚度、副脊线刚度和边梁刚度等因素的影响,采用有限元方法对混凝土拟球面三角形网格密肋折板壳进行参数化自由振动分析,以考察结构的自振频率及振型特点。结果表明:结构自振频率具有密集分布的特点、成对出现的振型较多,频率-振型序号曲线具有明显的跳跃台阶;低阶振型主要表现为边界附近折板的竖向振动,振动节线大体为脊线;矢跨比对结构自振频率影响较大,建议结构矢跨比采用1/8~1/3;基于结构的传力特点,主脊线刚度对结构整体刚度的贡献有限,在满足结构承载力要求前提下,主脊线可采用较小的刚度;结构基频随副脊线刚度的增加而明显增长,增加副脊线刚度有利于提高结构整体刚度;边梁约束作用对结构整体刚度没有明显影响。
In order to investigate the spontaneous vibration of concrete plans to spherical triangle grid ribbed folding plate and shell, the FEM method was used and the rise-span ratio main ridge line stiffness deputy ridge line beam stiffness was considered as parameters. Results show that the structure of the natural frequency of vibration has the characteristics of the distribution. There are more paired vibration mode, and the frequency and vibration mode number curve has obvious stages;Low-order modes are mainly vertical vibration in the area of the folded plate near the border, and the vibration line are generally for ridge line;Rise-span ratio on structure had a greater influence on the natural frequency of vibration, suggesteing structure rise-span ratio of 1/8 - 1/3;Based on the transfer characteristics of structure, the main ridge line stiffness limited contribution to the overall stiffness, under the premise that meets the requirements of bearing capacity of the structure, main ridge line can use smaller stiffness. With the increase of vice ridge line stiffness, the fundamental frequency of the structure increases obvi- ously, and also improves the overall stiffness of the structure. Side beam constraint function had no significant effect on the entire structural rigidity.
