摘要
参照HL7、FHIR、IHE和医院信息平台技术规范、电子病历共享文档规范等国际、国内相关医疗卫生信息标准,结合医院精细化管理要求,对医院现有信息系统的集成模式进行梳理和标准化改造。通过建立基于标准化规范的医院信息平台,优化医院信息系统整体架构,降低业务系统间的紧耦合,支持业务系统快速集成、灵活扩展,为实现院内外医疗资源业务协同、数据共享打下基础。
by referring to HL7, FHIR, IHE, hospital information platform technical specifications, EMR sharing documents, as well as other domestic and international standards, the integration patterns of hospitals and standardization transformation were adjusted according to the hospital refined management requirements. By establishing standardized specifications based on hospital information platform, and the overall architecture of hospital information systems were optimized, and the tight coupling between business systems was reduced, rapid business system integration was supported. Solid foundation was laid for the flexible expansion, outside of the hospital medical resources to achieve business collaboration, data sharing basis.
